The Hoover Tempo is a Little Powerhouse.
I was shocked especially at the price.
After reading all the reviews and going back and forth on bag or bagless I decided on this model.
I had been thru a ton of Vacs in recent years and was largely very dissappointed at the results.
Not to mention the money spent on some real very expensive vacs that really did not perform as advertised.
When I purchased this vac I did not have high hopes,it is a Hoover and the reviews were for the most part very positive.
It arrived within a few days all in order and after putting it together I started it up and “WOW” this little machine ROCKS. It does a better job than most Vacs I have had ever.(Exception my Old Hoover my Mom gave me)
It is powerful sucks up dirt in a single pass does both carpet and bare floor and it is lightweight for going up and down stairs.
The only downside is the hose attachment is a bit short.
But who cares as the performance of the Vac itself has sold me on yet another one soon.
For the price and the features this is in my humble opinion a “WorthWhile” purchase.
Of course everyones tastes are different.
Being a Single Guy with not a lot of time to clean I Love this Vac.
Try it YOU WILL LIKE IT!

I received my Kindle 2 as a Christmas gift and I have been in love with it ever since! It’s small, light weight, has a big display, and crisp, clear images! I was amazed at how crisp and clear the pictures were, and how well I could read it even in the bright sunlight! I’ve paid no more than $9.99 per book..and some are even cheaper than that! The wireless capabilities allow you to download a book in about a minute..no matter where you are! No need to look for a wireless hotspot or plug it in to a computer! If you love to read, Kindle is the way to go! I can even read my Kindle books on my Blackberry when I don’t have my Kindle on me! It’s well worth the money!!

I have absolutely no complaints about this product’s functionality, I just wish that it cost less. The BPA scare has made me very uneasy about using any bottles other than this one and my son seems to like it so it is all that we use now.

This pedometer is absolutely super. It is accurate to a fault. Love the clip that keeps it in place and the extra security clip is fantastic. I would recommend this pedometer to anyone who is serious about 10,000 steps a day.

I became a fan of Third Day last year after someone gave me their copy of the first “Offerings” CD and I was immediatley hooked on the bands music! When I watched this DVD for the first time, I was absolutely blown away by the band’s heart for worshipping God. These guys don’t just put on an act, they are the real deal! My favorite songs off of the DVD are as follows:

“Took My Place”-A good song to get the crowd moving and excited!”I’ve Always Loved You”-A song that tells us that even though we may stumble and fall, God still loves us and always will!

“My Hope Is You”-The testimony that Mac Powell gives during this song will want to make you shout!

All in all, you will not be disappointed with this DVD–GO BUY IT NOW!

This book should be called Conversations with the god of this world” If ever there was the same old bombast by the adversary of the One True God-This is it. Don’t waste your time. Read the first 3 chapters of the book of Genesis and you’ll get the idea.

Why doesn’t Amazon open a brick & mortar store for hi-fi!!? I mean, I’m batting four for four here with equipment I’ve gotten from here, generally through J&R Music & Computer, and each piece has performed beautifully from the git-go!

I was desperate when I ordered this item. VHS is apparently on its way out, but there are still a few brands that market good ones for not too outrageous prices…some, in fact, were TOO cheap….making me immediately suspicious. After a rather looong search for a decent model, I finally settled on Sony, since: 1) It was one of the few still in the feature-laden mid-price range and 2) the other manufacturers were either more expensive for the same features and manufacturing quality or so cheap and tacky looking as to be put offs.

I was not diappointed! This Sony VCR has hi-fi stereo sound, a jog-shuttle dial, (something you used to get only on VERY expensive units once), front A-V RCA inputs, a VERY fast rewind, slo-mo, commercial skip, VCR+plus and has its own programmable remote! You can’t beat that with a stick for this price range.

Here’s to falling electronics prices!!
Sony SLV N900 4

Paid for 3. Only one still works after 1 week of use.
Other 2 were junk.

At first I had some conserns about the DHC6E on the labeling.. but found it was the packag’n. Excelent SD HC’s and would recommend them to anyone. Get ‘em here instead of the camera store which only whined that something must be wrong with ‘em due to the below their cost… well.. ya they whined because they lost the business… but their is nothing wrong with ‘em and they work just fine… and are NEW and not referbished like the camera dealer try’ed to convence me that they were…

Good deal all around.. bought 3 of them for backups to the 4th one I have.
Yellow Dog 2 Tier

I bought this book just a week or so before Salinger died. I finished the book I was reading a few days after his passing and decided to finally read this alleged masterpiece — and masterpiece it is, indeed. I wish I would have read it when I was 17, but alas, I waited until age 31. Nevertheless, I remember what it was like to be 17, and honestly, I related to the character Holden Caulfield a lot today; even as a married father and professional “phony.” I can only imagine how utterly groundbreaking this book must have been when it was first published in 1951.

What I loved about the book: I could say “everything,” because I did, but I’ll give a few specifics. First, I loved the voice in which it was written. Holden is sarcastic, snotty, and just way too cool for almost everything — just like I was when I was 17. I loved the exaggerations and hyperbole. I identified with his descent into near-madness, being in that awkward stage between childhood and adulthood, not knowing what to do, not really understanding or not wanting to deal with the consequences of your actions, really just not being ready to grow up. As Holden wanders New York in a sleep-deprived stupor, he explores these issues within his mind; he jumps from one feeling to another, and breaks down and cries more than once. It truly is a powerful novel, and one of the three best I’ve ever read. Five stars all the way.

The book is just 214 pages and a breeze to read. If you haven’t read it, you should. I’ve been reading a lot of “classic” novels lately and this is the first one that I know for a fact I will be reading again in the future. I could see myself reading this every couple of years for the rest of my life — it was that good.
