This is a wonderful and refreshing book about beliefs; a book that answers many questions about life, enlightenment and creation in an exceptional way.
In an inspiring dialog with God, Neale Donald Walsh shows us a new possibility of being whereby freedom and enlightenment are always with us in the moment.

“Enlightenment is the understanding that you don’t need to go anywhere, don’t have to do anything and don’t need to be anybody except for the Being you are now. Heaven, how you call it, is nowhere; it’s now and It’s here.”
This book is an inspiration for anybody looking for freedom and satisfaction in their lives.
Another book I can recommend from my heart is Working on Yourself Doesn’t Work: The 3 Simple Ideas That Will Instantaneously Transform Your Life
With great humor and compassion these two authors show us a way into the moment, where we can find satisfaction and fulfillment in our modern and busy world.

I was really excited when I saw this was going to released on dvd. because the vhs was just a fuzzy version. but to my dismay all the dvd is the vhs fuzzy dupe on a disc. not a studio or professional job. was very disappointed. I have purchased unreleased dvds and expected that. but not when you pay $22 plus shipping for some fuzzy work.
with that said I wanted this movie becasue it is a funny satire 1970’s style. full of familiar faces and boogey music. its like a old sit-com with nudity. and for that I am glad to own it. just wish when they announced the release they meant a new and clear copy. not just the same old thing on that vhs tape.

I was the one making fun of Twilight and all of the fans bearing “Team Edward” t-shirts. I decided to read this book against my better judgment. I rented New Moon, and I was hooked. I had to get the book, I wanted to see what was going to happen next.

Twilight is poorly written. I find it hard to believe that Meyer holds a degree in English Lit. My dissatisfaction with the way it was written could have been overcome had the story actually fallen through with my expectations.

There are so many horrible things to point out that I want to risk posting a biased review.

The only good part about Twilight is that it is, undeniably, a good story – at least that’s what the reader keeps hoping. Meyer has the ability to keep the reader’s attention because he/she is always wondering what will happen next. Aside from the fact it’s poorly written, I absolutely hate the way Bella is portrayed in this book. I understand that Twilight was written for Meyer’s personal reasons; this book was merely for her. Anyway, Bella is the typical high school girl, as opposed to the way Edward describes her. Her thoughts are generally shallow, she is always wondering if Edward likes her, constantly seeking approval from him or his family of vampires. The book honestly isn’t worth reading. There are more interesting, thought-provoking novels out there.

My biggest problem with Twilight is that the fanbase is made up, mostly, of teen-aged girls. Bella is not a role model. Edward is rather freaky. Bella latches on to Edward in the puppy love sense. She is completely mesmerized by his beauty, which Meyer seems to reiterate how beautiful Edward is until the reader is forced to nausea. Meyer really doesn’t go much further than physical attributes with Edward. Yes, we see he is a tortured soul with good intentions, but Meyer lacks a lot of detail with Edward. Midnight Sun should not have been the last of the saga, parts of Midnight Sun ought to have been incorporated into Twiligh

This is an excellent video — I thought it would be tapes from the 70’s, but it’s an updated version of the 70’s stars — they all still look good and sound good too! You have to have this video in your collection! I enjoyed it tremendously — looked at it twice in succession, initially! Buy it! You won’t be disappointed.
Old School Soul Party

I really enjoyed this book, which I read as our book group selection; all of us loved it. Though it centers around relationships and racial tension, I learned a lot about Southern culture, as it was not so long ago. Stockett made this somewhat of a historical novel and built tension between the characters that is real life. Heartache, disgust, triumph, love, shock, humanity — I really got into all the characters. Well written, interesting and informative. What more could you want?

Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer is about a 12 year old boy who is a genius but the sad thing is, he is also a criminal. One day he and his butler go to a forest and find a drunken fairy. Then they take this fairy book from it and translate it to English and then they figure out there is some sort of fairy Gold.

This books theme is that you should never give up, never stop trying, and always keep your head up. For example, this fairy says Artemis can’t do a certain task, but he still believes he can do it.

I like this book because it always makes me wonder what’s going to happen in the next chapter. I think it would make you have the same feeling. So maybe you should read this book.
