I purchased this Hoover carpet cleaner six weeks ago. Initially I had some difficulty with its operation and the toll-free help line was more than friendly and helpful, and all was resolved to my satisfaction.
Now that I’ve used this cleaner several times, I can say I am very, very pleased with the results. I have two little dogs, one of which “marked his territory” all over the house and despite my immediate clean-up with enzymatic pet stain removal products, many of the stains remained and were “re-marked” by the various dogs and cats I have fostered. Most of the stains have been removed, and other, much older stains, have been significantly reduced to the point they are hardly visible, and there are NO odors.
I am delighted beyond my expectations with this steam cleaner. I don’t feel the need to hire an expensive professional cleaning company, as my carpet now looks like it HAS been professionally cleaned.
