I did not receive the vacuum. You sent me an e=mail saying it was undeliverable. This was absolutely NOT true. You had my complete address. When I called you I received NO help from your representative — just re-order If I wanted to.. Very disappointed. Would sure have liked to have the vacuum. But I gave up on Amazon.com. Thanks anyway.
