It was easy to order from the website; the price was excellent; and it arrived in less than a week in perfect condition.
The hard part was getting the package open that contained the disk and product key. There were no instructions on the outside of the container, and it was not intuitive as to how to open it. The plastic was indestructible. After really pulling and working at it, I discovered that the entire inside of the case swings out to reveal the disk and key code. In other words, you need to hold onto the outside of the package, and pull the top left inside corner firmly from the outside of the package.
I used the product key to unlock a pre installed trial version of the software which only took a few minutes.
I am very pleased with Amazon and the product itself.

I have had this lens for a few months. Here is the good:
Excellent colors! I mean wow. The colors are much better than my kit lens. The zoom range is perfect. 17-85mm is ideal for most walk around conditions. The autofocus is fast, really fast. The focus doesn’t hunt either! The IS really does work!! The CA is not as bad as people say. I haven’t had much CA in my pics at all. It is built solid! I feel like I have a professional grade lens on my XT now. It feels and looks awesome.
Here is the bad:
Its not very very sharp. It is sharper than the kit lens, so its def. a step up. But I ONLY shoot f/8 as that is the sharpest aperture to shoot at, and even at f/8 its not like tack sharp. All I am saying is that it isn’t the sharpest lens. And if I would have to pay full price for the item, brand new right after it was introduced to the market, I would say it isn’t worth it. But since I paid $370 brand new =P on ebay, I think, HELL YEAH its worth it. It is 10X better than the kit lens. I think you will all enjoy it. If the sharpness bothers you, just go on PS and use smart sharpen, then they look EXCELLENT. THe lens won’t dissappoint.

Although I did not buy this book as a collectors item, it was in like new condition. You could not readily notice any wear on it. Again, I am not a collector and there may be things a collector may observe differently, but as a gift for my wife it was excellent. The book arrived in a very timely manner.

So enjoyed the book, well researched, enticing story, pulls you in with romance and suspense. Excellent storyline, you fall in love with the characters and dont want to let go.

I laughed and cried…..this will stay with me for a long time.
If you’re an animal lover, you will identify with the elephant, and root for her
throughout the book……..she’s the reason I read it, although I ended up loving many of the characters, too.
