I just purchased a NAVU83T. I got a excellent price on the unit. I read all the reviews and decided to purchase the unit on a leap of faith.
I upgraded it’s current software to ver 3.2 with the navutool; downloaded from Sony. The unit has improved graphics, improved volume control and now shows a photo slideshow. The linking up with a cell phone was easy to do and works like a charm. Now the map has icons for the gas stations etc… We are going to use it for the first time on a trip next weekend. Maps are 2007.
I love the way the NVU83T looks. The wide screen and double display at intersections works great. 4 stars to Sony!
Sony has said that they are going to improve on all the units that have been sold. They have a design team placing the same GPS software in the PSP units. Sony has proved to be always innovative in their products and designs ![]()

The Kindle eBook Reader – wireless 3G, White – 2nd Generation device met or exceeded my expections. It is remarkably easy to read even in direct sunlight. It appears to be very well made and the layout of the controls makes using it intuitive. The ebooks download very quickly, and the available book selections are numerous. Cost of the ebooks is reasonable. I’ve had and used mine for about 2 months and plan to add to my library as soon as I’ve read the ones I downloaded. I chose the wireless 3G 2nd Generation Kindle (white) even though it was more expensive than the newly released, cheaper Wi-Fi model. This was based on hands-on usage and convenience. No regrets.

I bought this memory card three years ago and I’m still using it in my digital camera and now also in my handy camcorder. Its great for an excellent price, totally recommended.

At first reading, the common reaction to this book is that it is refreshingly extraordinary, but like all exquisite prostitutes, they remain what they are; prostitutes. This book has only one purpose – to deceive. The most believable lies are those mixed with a pint of truth, those mixed with a dose of familiarity and that is what this book is all about. I just want to pose a warning to those who are Christians – This book will send you to hell. This book is what Ephesians 4:14 is talking about. He who has ears, let him hear.

I was a skeptic at first, but when I took this tool to my pooch I was AMAZED at the amount of hair it took off. My mastiff sheds all over the place but since I used this tool on her coat I have been having much less hair coming off of her in my house. It works best after a bath when the pets’ hair is dry. Word of warning, use it OUTSIDE because it is a very messy process. Amazon has the most reasonable prices for this item, my vet tried selling my the exact same tool for $60. This item is a MUST HAVE for any shedding pet owner.

I am thoroughly enjoying my new “toy”. I love to read but now that I’m getting older, I have problems holding books as it can be very painful for me because of my Fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel in both wrists and arthritis in both hands.
The Kindle is light and makes it alot easier for someone like me to read a good book!

Why doesn’t Amazon open a brick & mortar store for hi-fi!!? I mean, I’m batting four for four here with equipment I’ve gotten from here, generally through J&R Music & Computer, and each piece has performed beautifully from the git-go!
I was desperate when I ordered this item. VHS is apparently on its way out, but there are still a few brands that market good ones for not too outrageous prices…some, in fact, were TOO cheap….making me immediately suspicious. After a rather looong search for a decent model, I finally settled on Sony, since: 1) It was one of the few still in the feature-laden mid-price range and 2) the other manufacturers were either more expensive for the same features and manufacturing quality or so cheap and tacky looking as to be put offs.
I was not diappointed! This Sony VCR has hi-fi stereo sound, a jog-shuttle dial, (something you used to get only on VERY expensive units once), front A-V RCA inputs, a VERY fast rewind, slo-mo, commercial skip, VCR+plus and has its own programmable remote! You can’t beat that with a stick for this price range.
Here’s to falling electronics prices!!

This battery gives you the remaining time in minutes and it is great. Now I use the supplied battery (NP-BG1) as spare battery.
If you consider buying an extra battery this is the best choice.
