Amazingly efficient, cleans VERY well, quiet, lightweight unit. Attachments work very well where others I’ve had in the past have little suction to clean efficiently. Save yourself time, money, and trouble and buy this from Amazon! Their prices are the BEST. I saw the same unit in Kmart & Walmart for $25-$35 HIGHER. Now, that’s cheaper than WALMART! I ordered with free shipping and it was here in 2 days!

After over 2,000 reviews, there is probably little I can add here so I will keep this short. I didn’t even have an interest in this book after reading the jacket, but decided to read it after I saw so many others on the beach this summer reading it. I am so glad I did. I would have missed the subtle humor, the glimpse into the lives of characters that seem to jump off the pages and come to life. Simply said, this is one of the best books I have read in years and would highly recommend it!

I bought this adapter to upgrade from my G adapter in my Dell D630. This Belkin adapter is slower, and less sensitive than my old one. If you read the fine print, it says “draft N”. that means it not really a N adapter.
Overall, my experience with Belkin products (adapters, routers)are that they are at the very bottom of the heap performance-wise and made of the cheapest components. Spend your hard-earned cash on something else.

I originally began wearing a pedometer during the McDonald’s Happy Meal promotion that came with a pedometer a couple of years ago. I bought this one as an “upgrade” after seeing it recommended in Consumer Reports. The big advantage to this one is that I can put it in my fanny pack which is good since I don’t usually wear a belt. Also there is less danger of losing it. That way I can just keep it there and forget about it. I can also put it in my purse and keep it close by in business or formal situations where it would be considered too “casual” to wear. I have changed the battery once (in a year). The battery costs about $5.00. It is well worth the money and I use it all the time. I have a goal of working up to 10,000 steps as often as possible and right now am doing that much about twice a week. Perhaps the only thing that I would do differently is to purchase the software to keep track of it. It also has a watch function so I use that a lot too.
One problem I have run into occasionally is that some events don’t allow cell phones and they think this is a cell phone so I have to check it. Then not only can I not count my steps but I don’t have a watch either. I hope in the future they can improve it so as not to run into this problem. However, this doesn’t happen very often.

Personally I don’t see what the big deal is with this series, first off we’ve got Edward Cullen, a shoe in for stalker of the month reward and definitaley the kind of guy a girl would put a restraining order on. On top of that the guy is emotionally abusive and borders on being physically abusive, he’s like one of those guys that beats his girl, then tells her he didn’t want to do it, but she made it happen and he can’t control himself. Then we’ve got Bella Swan; the poster child of the Mary Sue of fanfiction, the perfect girl who’s only flaws are small things that don’t detract from her looks, but she feels she doesn’t look good, yet every guy in her new school wants her and every girl wants to be her friend. But Bella has her eyes set on Edward, the vampire (we’re not supposed to know this but the big secret is in the synopsis on the back) and the hottest guy in school. We learn every detail of Edward’s glorious physical features (something we hear a lot) and the passion flies.
Bella being half retarded and incapable of cognitive thought cannot comprehend the fact that Edward seems mysterious and completely stopped a car from hitting her, but he’s the man of the situation and when he tells her that didn’t happen you’re damn straight Bella is going to go with. Then we get some more of Edward and his awesome features, some eye to eye contact, Edward saying when he met her he wanted to kill her but declined his instincts, then we get some glittery vampires, vegetarian vampires, a future love interest under the name Jacob. Who is actually the only decent character in the story, but Bella won’t take him, why? Cause he actually cares about her. The story goes on not much happens then a little plot shines through, people want Bella dead, I’m not sure why, Edward defends blah blah blah. Fin.
Then the sequels, they get worse, nothing beats the birthing scene in the final story, but that review is for a later time. All in all Twilight has to be the worst piece of garbag

So I have finished reading Artemis Fowl and I am currently working on decoding he message at the bottom of the pages. The book itself is good. Eoin Colfer really takes an old subject like fairies and leprechauns and gives it a new twist. However the book is a little adolescent in it’s nature, I suspect Colfer is trying to copy the success Ms. Rowling has had with Harry Potter by appealing to young people without offending their parents. The plots are compelling and original but the action is subdued. Colfer makes fun of himself by playfully catching himself before any vulgarities are written, trying to give the piece and off the cuff feel. All this aside I must say that I do recommend this book not only to children middle school and younger but also to adults who are looking for a quick read that is also entertaining. While it’s not Shakespeare it is surprising the amount of emotional attachment that we feel towards the title character. Eoin gives us hints that Artemis has not yet revealed his true nature we shall see as Artemis grows up how he handles the responsibility of his knowledge of the People.

Well, I’ve never had an Ipod, so I too don’t really have much to compare against. But I’m not worried about having headphones jammed in my head the 18 hours I’m awake everyday! This is a good mp3 player! I didn’t like the headphones that came with it so I went to walmart and bought some marshmellow soft ones. 20 bucks and make listening amazing! And you don’t have to blare them or buy a booster because they block out sound quite well! Save your hearing…buy marshmellow earphones!
I’m happy with the amount of space in the 1GB drive. I recommend, as others did?, taking out the battery when not in use. For whatever reason the red LED light will somewhat flicker and flash for no apparent reason. I think it is supposed to do that whenever you push on the big play button (power) but when you just let it rest it will come on half-lit to full to off and repeat, etc. I don’t think I read the directions but it definitely took me a little while to figure out how to play the music. Using the hold function also works well especially when riding a motorcycle…that and work were my reasons for buying this product and I’m happy with what I bought. Hope you will be too!

The Help This was the best book I have read in a long time! I thoroughly enjoyed it and have recommended it to all my friends. It was a selection from our book club and it was an excellent choice. If you like to read about the South during the Civil Rights era, this is the book for you. I really, really enjoyed the women in this book, their characters are so enigmatic. I hope you all enjoy this book as much as I did!

I have 5 cats and a dog living in my house. I deep clean my carpets once a month to remove pet odor and was looking for a deep cleaner that really worked. I am extremely happy with the Hoover with Clean Surge. And the upholstry attachment with the beater brushes clean my furniture better than anything I had before.
